"Charged right away, but shipping updates were lacking"
I ordered from rogersandhollands.com the delivery part was annoying. I was charged without any issue, but the shipping updates were almost nonexistent. The site showed one delivery date, then the package didn’t show up until days later, and I had to keep checking the tracking myself to figure out what was going on. The item was fine once it finally arrived, but the slow shipping and lack of clear updates made the whole experience frustrating.

I stopped by hoping to have a fun little ring-shopping moment, but it didn’t really turn out that way. When I first walked in, I looked around for a while and kind of felt like no one noticed me. Eventually someone came over to help, but the whole interaction felt rushed, like they were trying to get through it quickly. They weren’t exactly rude, but they also didn’t come across as very warm or welcoming. The store itself was clean and looked nice, so I had higher hopes going in. I just left feeling awkward and a bit disappointed because I expected the experience to feel more personal and helpful.

"Pretty stressful ring buying experience"
I bought an engagement ring from Rogers & Hollands and wish I had been more careful. The ring showed up later than they originally told me, and getting clear updates was way more difficult than it should’ve been. I kept having to call them myself, and customer service wasn’t very helpful when I did. For such an important purchase, the whole thing felt careless and stressful. If you do order from them, I’d make sure to get everything in writing and stay on top of it. Personally, I wouldn’t buy from them again

My issue did finally get fixed, but it felt like I had to keep pushing just to get any help. I called multiple times, and the updates were either vague or didn’t come unless I asked. It was frustrating feeling like my complaint wasn’t being taken seriously until I kept chasing them.

I don’t know if it was just me, but the financing options felt more confusing than they needed to be. I kept trying to figure out what actually made sense, it started to feel like more hassle than it was worth

The staff was great. They actually knew what they were talking about and answered all my questions without acting like I was slowing them down, which is weirdly not always the case these days. I learned a lot about the different ring options and felt way more confident by the end. My only little rant is that checkout took longer than it should have. Like, everything else went smoothly, and then suddenly I’m just standing there waiting. Not a huge deal, but that’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.

I went in just planning to browse, and the jewelry was really nice. The salesperson was polite enough, but they kept bringing up upgrades and financing even after I said I wanted some time to think. I’m totally calm about it, of course, but it did make the whole visit feel a bit uncomfortable. I probably would’ve enjoyed it more if I’d been given some space.

I bought the plan thinking things like scratches and checking for loose stones would be included, but when I went into the store, I was told they weren’t covered. The staff was nice enough about it, and the jewelry itself is still great, but the warranty felt limited for what I paid. A little frustrating overall

I brought my ring in to get resized, and it ended up coming back late and still didn’t fit right. The band also looked a little uneven, like maybe it had been rushed, which was disappointing haha.
I had to go back again, and they basically just told me it would take more time. There wasn’t much of an apology or any real help, so it kind of felt like they just wanted me out of there. Super frustrating for something I thought would be straightforward.

I wanted to like this ring, but it looked better in the photos. After about two weeks, the stone started feeling loose, so I stopped wearing it because I didn’t want to risk it falling out. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I’d be careful and check the return policy before buying.

I bought a ring online, and once it showed up, it just didn’t look the way I expected. I figured exchanging it would be straightforward, but it turned into way more of a headache than it needed to be.
Customer service kept giving me different answers about what I was allowed to do and where I was supposed to send it. The store told me one thing, online support told me another, and I ended up wasting so much time and energy just trying to get a clear answer.
By the time someone finally got back to me with anything useful, I was completely over it. Returns and exchanges should not feel like a whole project. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

i ordered a custom ring from rogers & hollands and had a good experience. the staff helped me choose the stone and figure out the design, which made the whole process a lot easier. they kept me updated for the most part, though it did take a little longer than i was hoping. in the end, the ring came out really nice and fits perfectly. i’d definitely go back again
